Whey Too Good Fudge

This amazing, no-cook recipe is essentially, Fudge "Plus".  



In a food processor add the bananas, WheyEssential – both flavours, cashew butter, shredded coconut and coconut oil and process on medium speed until the mixture is a smooth paste.

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe dish. Spread and flatten the mixture until it is smooth and level in your dish. Cover the dish with plastic film, or a lid.

Put your dish in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer, cut with sharp knife into squares, and serve with fresh berries or as is.
