Vanilla Matcha Energizing Green SmoothieThis refreshing recipe was submitted to us by Holistic Wellness Expert Samantha Gladish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Organic Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder {or more!}
  • Large handful of greens {spinach or baby kale}
  • 2 – 3 ice cubes

 

Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and serve with a dollop of coconut cream and sprinkle of matcha (optional).
