Raw Chocolate Balls

  • 1 cup organic quick oats
  • 3 scoops Progressive® Harmonized Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
  • 4 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. sprouted ground flax
  • Shredded coconut for rolling
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 tbsp. Progressive® Organics Virgin Coconut Oil

Mix all ingredients. Form into 1–2 inch balls
and roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 2–3
hours until firm and serve.
