Protein Pumpkin Donuts

This yummy fall-inspired recipe was submitted to us by Holistic Wellness Expert Samantha Gladish.
Makes roughly 8-10 donuts

  • 2 scoops Progressive Organic Whey Protein, vanilla flavor
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup wheat free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6-donut pan with a little bit of coconut oil. In a high-speed blender, add oats and blend until flour-like. Then add remaining ingredients and blend on high until well combined. Pour batter into donut pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
