Protein Pancakes

Perfect_Pancakes_with_Harmonized_Protein-1

  • 2 scoops Harmonized Protein (Vanilla)
  • 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • Sliced strawberries or blueberries

Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer
in a large bowl. Heat skillet and cook pancakes.
Serve with fruit, syrup or your favourite topping.
