OmegEssential® Mango Salsa

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2–3 mangos
  • 2–3 small green onions
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 2–3 tsp. OmegEssential
  • Salt to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp. orange juice (optional)

Chop all ingredients. Let sit for a couple of hours or overnight to let out the juices. If you want, you can add a couple of tablespoons of orange juice if there is not enough juice. Gently toss with fish oil immediately before eating.
