Microbe Milkshake

Make your belly happy with this amazing probiotic-rich milkshake from Nutritionist and Orthomolecular Health Practitioner Sandra Florio.

  • 2 cups kefir (full fat)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 scoops PhytoBerry
  • 1 cup of ice

Optional* - 2 capsules of HCP®70 or HCP®30 probiotics

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

Before serving empty a capsule of HCP70 or HCP30 and stir to increase the health benefits and really boost the microbe content
