Happy Belly Smoothie

A happy belly makes your whole health better, especially when it's topped up with a healthy smoothie fortified with a high potency probiotic and protein!

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ large apple
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • 1 date, pitted
  • ¾ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 capsules of HCP70 Probiotic, opened
  • 1 scoop of either Progressive Organics Whey Protein or Brown Rice Protein
  • ¼ cup filtered water or ¼ cup almond milk (unsweetened)

In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
