- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ large apple
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 1 date, pitted
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
- 2 capsules of HCP70 Probiotic, opened
- 1 scoop of either Progressive Organics Whey Protein or Brown Rice Protein
- ¼ cup filtered water or ¼ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
