What’s a better snack, app or dip in the summer than fresh guac? And this recipe has a little something extra…made with our our VegEssential All in One, it's not only delicious, it's also good for you.


  • ½ scoop VegEssential® (Unflavoured)
  • 3 Avocados
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 2 ½ Limes, juiced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Himalyan Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil


De-stone and scoop out flesh from avocados.

In a food processor, on high speed blend avocados, lime juice, olive oil, salt and VegEssential®.

Add onion, tomatoes and cilantro and pulse briefly.

Transfer to a bowl and season with more salt or lime juice to taste.

Serve with organic tortilla chips.
