- 1 scoop WheyEssential (Natural Berry)
- 1 teaspoon Maca powder (Manganese, Zinc, Calcium, Iron, Iodine)
- ½ cup blueberries (Vitamin C, K, E, Manganese)
- ½ teaspoon Wild flower honey (B6, Manganese, Zinc)
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes
- Place the WheyEssential, Maca, blueberries and ice cubes into a blender, blend at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and top smoothie with honey and chia seeds.
