Energy Synergy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop WheyEssential (Natural Berry)
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder (Manganese, Zinc, Calcium, Iron, Iodine)
  • ½ cup blueberries (Vitamin C, K, E, Manganese)
  • ½ teaspoon Wild flower honey (B6, Manganese, Zinc)
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place the WheyEssential, Maca, blueberries and ice cubes into a blender, blend at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and top smoothie with honey and chia seeds.
