I'm a vegan adult athlete and nutrition can sometimes be a hassle for me. I have tried a number of different vegan products over the years and many of them have been pretty good. But none in my experience are anywhere near as complete as yours. I have come to rely on the Vege Greens Vegan Protein as a cornerstone for my daily nutrition. Of course I also eat a varied diet of very healthy whole foods but sometimes, when in a rush at work or between games it is great to know that my vege greens supplement has my back.

I mix a full serving into my morning almond milk and will either make a smoothie with that or just pour it over my cereal. Either way, a perfect meal that holds me for hours and sits very well in my stomach. After tough games and workouts (I’m on my third round of P90x) I mix half a serving with some orange juice and almond milk for a nutritionally perfect recovery drink.

So that's it. Just wanted to share my experience with this fantastic product and let you know how important it is for those of us with somewhat unusual nutritional needs. Good vegan products are hard to find and some are ridiculously expensive. VegeGreens Vegan Protein is both a powerhouse and a great deal. Please don't change a thing!
