Cranberry Pear SmoothieA Cranberry Pear Smoothie highlights the flavours of fall while giving us a little extra boost of the vitamin C and disease-fighting antioxidants we need to keep us healthy through the upcoming cold and flu season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 scoop VegEssential, either berry or vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla, optional

Directions

  • Whirl in blender until smooth. If it isn't thick enough, add 1 or 2 ice cubes.
