- 2 Bananas
- 1 scoop Whey Essential All In One (Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 4 Vanilla Wafer Cookies
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ice
- Whipped Cream (optional)
