All Day WheyEssential Summer Smoothie Recipes

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 TB all natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, up to you!)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 1 minute. Voila! Your new favorite lunch in healthy, portable smoothie form.
